Forgotten or run out of medication
Delayed luggage, medication left at home or a longer stay than planned? We check how your existing treatment can continue while you travel.
If possible, have a medication plan, a previous prescription or a photo of the original packaging showing the active ingredient and dosage ready. The doctor takes your previous treatment and medical history into account. If the requirements are met, a corresponding private prescription can be issued.
If your usual product is not available in Germany, a suitable alternative is considered. The prescription remains a medical decision. Medicines are dispensed by a pharmacy; delivery is not automatically part of the doctor's visit.

These include minor infections, questions about known allergies, minor digestive complaints and a medical review of existing medication. We check in advance, based on your information, whether a visit is suitable. If further diagnostics are needed, we discuss appropriate care.

Tell us your concern, where you are staying, your preferred time and how we can call you back. If needed, tell us your preferred language.
When requesting online, enter where you are staying in the Note field; for a hotel, please include the hotel name and room number.

We check suitability and availability, then get back to you with a possible visit time and the expected costs.

At the agreed time, the consultation takes place on site. Depending on the concern, this may include an examination and a discussion of further care.

The expected total depends on the medical services, the effort involved and any applicable surcharges and travel costs. We inform you about the cost range before you make a binding decision. Billing follows the German medical fee schedule (GOÄ), where applicable on the basis of a separate fee agreement.
We agree any additional services with you in advance. Medication obtained from a pharmacy is paid for separately. Reimbursement by your health or travel insurance depends on your individual cover.
That depends on where you are staying and on doctor availability. We confirm a possible time with you personally. A request is not yet an appointment confirmation.
You can book the visit as a self-paying patient or an international guest. You will receive a private medical invoice.
Yes, with your consent your hotel can pass on the organisational details. The medical consultation takes place with you personally.
